This presentation is designed to inform the 56 STEP Program eligible applicants on the requirements, improvements, and pointers for success in developing their applications for the FY 2015 STEP Program award process.

The 56 STEP Program eligible applicants are the 50 states, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands.
