Black Male Achievement: Overcoming History

There is a long legacy of public policy and institutional racism that has affected black male achievement. The panelists address this historical context and the barriers that have been put in the way of black males. They also discuss the strategies for moving beyond these barriers and how public policy, services, and the community can overcome them.
