How do you thank your donors? Are you standing out from the crowd? Nancy McCann, president and trustee of the John P. Murphy Foundation and the Kulas Foundation, shares her advice on how to treat your donors in a way that will set you apart from the competition.

Nancy McCann came to foundation work from a successful 20-year marketing career with Forest City Enterprises. Today, in addition to her foundation work, she works with many nonprofit organization boards. She is a board member for the Generation Foundation, as well as, vice chair of The Cleveland Orchestra’s Centennial Campaign, a Cleveland State University Foundation board member, and a member of Kent State University’s Fashion Museum and School of Design.
